Accounts are prepared daily from the time of the guest’s arrival. All accounts must be settled prior to the guest’s departure. Please ensure that you are issued a receipt when settling your account. We accept payment by either cash or credit card.
For your convenience, we would like to request that you sign using your room number for any additional services rendered as well as for drinks and A la Carte meals. Payment by cash should be avoided, nevertheless, should you prefer to do so, please ensure that you are issued with a receipt.
Check-Out and Check-In Times
Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10.00am on the day of their departure. Please contact the Reception if your departure time is later and we will do our utmost to provide a day room for your convenience. Luggage can be stored in the luggage room at the Reception. Check-in time is at 12pm.
We accept Visa, Amex and Master Card for payment of services provided.
Our cashier’s office is open 24 hours for the exchange of foreign currency. Please ensure that you receive a receipt for all such transactions. Prior arrangements with the cashier must be made for the exchange of large amounts.
Kindly inform the Reception if you are expecting any visitors. For your own security, any guests staying with you in your room must be registered with the Reception. Overnight guests will incur an additional charge. The Management reserves the right of admission.
